Please be aware the both surgeries will be closed on the 25th & 26th of December as well as the 1st of January. To ensure you don't run out of medication over this period we ask that you try to make any requests by the 19th of December.

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific Practice details such as opening hours of our two sites, you can also use our online services to book appointments and request prescriptions (after you have requested a PIN from us).

If you're new to our Practice area, you can use this site to register with us online and find out more about us via the pages above - including our staff directory, and the outcomes of our latest CQC report.

Of course, we're not just here for when you are unwell. Our team offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing, whatever your medical condition. We would also like to hear about what matters to you in your day-to-day life beyond your immediate health needs. You can get in touch with us via email or on Twitter using the hashtag #BenfieldCommunity, or by filling in this survey. If you would like to tell us about your experience at the Practice, make a complaint, or let us know about something that went particularly well, you can get in touch via email. Alternatively you can leave a review of the surgery via the surgery's NHS Choices page.

We also host an array of research activities to help improve healthcare for all NHS patients. Participation in these studies is voluntary, and choosing not to take part will not affect the care you continue to receive from us. If you have any questions about our research projects, please talk to Emily Manthorpe, our Research Lead.

If you need some help to come and visit us, please contact our Reception team or Practice Manager. Both of our sites have a disabled toilet, an access ramp with a railing, and an Induction Loop for the hard of hearing.

Flu Season

Flu season is here. Please talk to a receptionist or the clinician you are seeing if you want a vaccination, and we will arrange one if you are eligible.

If you would like to see a particular GP, you can request this when booking an appointment. You may be offered an alternative GP or health professional if they are unavailable

You also have a right to request to have a chaperone present during an intimate examination. Please note this may occasionally mean that you will need to make a further appointment at another time.
